January 20 – February 18
Aquarius Horoscope for Tuesday, October 27, 2026
Hold your ground calmly under pressure
Pluto in your sign is under pressure today. The Sun in your tenth house of career squares it within about a degree, and retrograde Venus in your ninth squares it too. Your public role and your private sense of who you are becoming may not match right now, and someone in authority may test where you stand. Hold your ground calmly; there is no need to escalate. Uranus, your modern ruler, trines Pluto from your fifth house, giving you an inventive way through. Saturn, your traditional ruler, is retrograde in your third and sextiles Uranus, so a careful conversation and a creative idea work well together. At home, the Moon in Taurus in your fourth house squares Jupiter in your seventh, setting household needs against a partner's bigger plans. Mars is also in your seventh, so expect directness. Tonight the Moon moves into Gemini, your fifth house, and something fun becomes possible again.

What the sky is doing today
The tightest contact in today's sky is the Moon's square to Jupiter, under a degree from exact, as a nearly round Taurus Moon presses against Jupiter in Leo. Still 97% lit and waning after yesterday's Full Moon in Taurus, the Moon wants comfort and certainty while Jupiter wants more of everything. The friction tends to show up as appetite: for food, spending, praise, or one more yes. Knowing when enough is enough is the useful skill today.
The Sun in early Scorpio squares Pluto in Aquarius within about a degree, bringing power, leverage and control into the open. Retrograde Venus in late Libra also squares Pluto, and the Sun's wide conjunction with Venus keeps relationship accounts in view: who gives, who keeps score, what a promise was really worth. Venus sextile Jupiter softens the edge and favors generosity offered without strings.
Mercury, retrograde in Scorpio, stands opposite the Moon and squares both Mars and Jupiter, which are both in Leo. Words come out faster and louder than intended, and old disagreements may resurface for another round. This is a better day for revising a position than defending one. Read the message twice before sending, and assume the first version can be improved.
The Moon moves from Taurus into Gemini tonight, and the mood shifts from holding on to talking things through. In the background, Saturn sextiles Uranus, Uranus trines Pluto and sextiles Neptune, and Neptune sextiles Pluto, a slow-moving network that supports steady reform over sudden rupture. Sunday brings the next turn of the lunar cycle, in Leo; until then, the waning Moon favors release over acquisition.
